Toni J. Braxton is Of Counsel at the Law Office of Sheri Oluyemi, LLC.
Ms. Braxton graduated from Yale University in 1994 and obtained her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1997. She is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi. Her more than 20 years of private practice have centered primarily on personal torts, civil rights, and employment discrimination cases.
Ms. Braxton provides litigation support, legal research, and brief writing. Ms. Braxton has always focused her legal talents on research and writing, drafting hundreds of briefs and motions for various clients over the years, and handling numerous appeals in state appellate courts, federal circuit courts of appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
