ABOUT MURTI BHAKTA
Murti Bhakta is an experienced employment law attorney, representing both businesses and individuals in employment and business law related matters. She has represented individual clients in retaliation and discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act and the Georgia Whistleblower Act. She is an experienced litigator who has successfully advocated on behalf of her clients in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state courts. When she is not representing individual clients, Ms. Bhakta’s practice also includes representing businesses in their everyday employment and human relations matters. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Sheri Oluyemi, Ms. Bhakta worked at a local employment law firm as well as the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. She is licensed to practice law in the Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.
